You should store your Ambulance cake topper in the zip sealed bag provided and keep in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, until you are ready to use.

The best before date is one year from purchase. We do recommend using your cake topper within few months once the topper is printed so that the print and colors remain sharp & crisp.

• Some of our items have a space for a photo. When sending photos / image with your order, please make sure your images are of a good quality. We can’t be responsible for the quality of the image provided us.
• We will do our best to change the colors and brightness of the image to get the best print results.
• Please make sure your photo as ample space around the person.

**TIP**

It is best to use the original photo file from you camera / phone, Facebook and other social media websites resize your image so if you save your photo again direct from Facebook we will have to resize the image to fit the cake topper and you will lose a significant amount of image quality and pixilation may occur during the creation and printing process.

If there is an issue with the image provided we will email yourself to let you know that the quality won’t be sufficient.
