Processing & Delivery Times

For ‘Pre-Designed Toppers’ & ‘Create Your Own’

Once payment has cleared please allow up to 24 for us to apply your custom options and print your image. We will post your cake topper as soon as possible. You will usually receive your item within 2 working days of ordering including processing time.

The turnaround time may be subject to change based on demand. If we believe the processing time will be more than 24 hours or during annual leave, holidays or postal strikes then we will inform you. You will still be able to place you order but please be aware of this.

For Custom Designs

If we have discussed a specific design, please allow us up to 7 days to provide you with a ‘finished’ image for your approval. Although it usually is much shorter turnaround for custom designs times. Once you have approved the design we will print and ship you cake topper.

***PLEASE NOTE***

When the images are printed out onto icing sheets, the colour may not be exactly the same as the original. It tends to be a few shades different, but not usually that noticeable. We use the best software and printers along with colour profiling, our icing sheets are of the highest quality and our customers always comment on high print quality compared to other vendors they have used in the past.

It also depends on the quality of the original image. All of the images that we provide are high resolution, and you can tell the difference. If it looks low, quality, pixelated or blurred on the screen then imagine what this will look like on your cake or treats please bear this in mind if you are shopping around.

If you are sending us a photo / image then the better quality (the higher resolution) you can provide, the clearer and crisp the image will be. We are not responsible for any poor quality photos / images that are sent to us, we will do our best to charge the colours and brightness of the image to get the best print results but we are not able to make images clearer. And we do not offer refunds based simply on the fact you don’t like it because you’ve chose to a small / poor quality picture.

Registered Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded) £2.50 Please allow 1 – 2 working days for delivery – Tracking number provided

Express Delivery (Special Delivery) £7.50 Next working day by 1pm and will require a signature upon arrival – Tracking number provided

Please note the cut off time for Special Deliveries is 2pm

World Wide
